CPhI Worldwide 2013, Frankfurt
Brand India Pharma again made its presence felt at CPhI Worldwide 2013 held from October 22-24, 2013, at Frankfurt, Germany. India has articulated a sectoral Brand India Pharma campaign to ensure a better understanding of Indian Pharma globally and highlight the critical role it can play in meeting the challenging healthcare demands of both the developed and developing world.
More than 200 companies ranging from the small, medium to the largest, including some of the reputed names in industry from India, led the Indian pharma presence at the Event. The Pavilion was located in Hall 5.0 at the Messe Frankfurt.
Brand India Pharma is a significant initiative led by Pharmaceutical Export Promotion Council of India (Pharmexcil) and India Brand Equity Foundation (IBEF) under the aegis of the Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India, to highlight the value proposition that Indian pharmaceuticals represents.
Launched at CPhI, Japan in March 2012, the Brand India Pharma campaign has played a critical role in highlighting the value proposition of Indian pharmaceutical products for the global market. India was the ‘Focus Country’ at CPhI Worldwide 2012 that took place in Madrid, Spain in October 2012 and was the Value Partner at CPhI Worldwide 2013, Frankfurt.
