Lupin to launch 15 new products in us by march '13
The Company aims to push sales in world's largest drug market following an aggressive launch strategy.
Mumbai, October 23, 2012: Drug firm Lupin plans to launch a minimum of 15 new generic products in the US market by the end of current fiscal with a view to push sales in the world’s largest drug market.
The company has launched five products in this fiscal in the US market so far and it is expected that the company will launch around eight to ten (from the total 15) in the oral contraceptive segment.
It is worth noting here that the net profit of the company for the quarter ended September registered an increase of 9 per cent to Rs 2.91 billion beating analyst estimates.
